On September 24th Chatham Faculty United sent an open letter to the Board of Trustees asking to end the NLRB hearings and allow a free and fair election. Over fall break, we received a response from the Board. The letter had many unsubstantiated or misleading claims, errors, and logical fallacies, so as faculty, and since we had a pile of grading to do for midterms, we’ve used our red pens to grade it.
